The 4th instructor training event for project ICT-INOV was organized in collaboration with the Department of Civil Engineering of the University of Thessaly on May 3, 2023. The event was organized in hybrid mode and had a duration of 1 hour. The event was streamed live through YouTube® and the Diavlos platform, in two parallel streams. It was also delivered through MSTeams®. Participants The event was attended by over 30 individuals, educators at the Department of Civil Engineering and more. The Special Vocational High School of Nea Ionia Volos visited the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the University of Thessaly (THMMY). Approximately 40 high school lyceum students (16 – 18) and 10 educators participated in digital educational activities held at the departments’ computer lab on April 24, 2023. The action is a continuation of an earlier relevant activity addressed the school’s gymnasium students (aged 12 – 16), which took place on April 27, 2023. A community building event for project ICT-INOV: Modernizing ICT Education for Harvesting Innovation took place in Greece in the context of the EESTech 2023 Challenge on March 18, 2023. EESTech Challenge is a yearly competition for European university students/graduates with the aim to gain knowledge in the field of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and expand their professional networks. The competition consists of several local rounds organized by EESTEC branches in different European cities and the Final Round where the winners of the local rounds will compete with each other. The event was organized in Athens at the National Technical University. A dual piloting and instructor training event took place on March 27, 2023. During the event, 40 students and 14 teachers of the Specical Education Vocational High School of Nea Ionia visited the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the University of Thessaly. The students and teachers became aware of project INCLUDEME objectives, activities, and outcomes. They experienced the full functionality of the INCLUDEME digital learning platform for inclusive education, including functionality that facilitates access to the project educational content to individuals with disabilities.
