ICT-INOV project instructor training at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, UTH, 27/5/2022

A first instructor training event for project ICT-INOV, which focuses on developing innovation skills in Computer Science and Engineering education, took place at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the University of Thessaly on May 27, 2022. The event was attended by 10 higher education instructors. The event took place in one of the two computer labs of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. International School on Innovation, project High5, 5 – 9/5/2022

An international school on innovation is organized from May 9 - 15, 2022. The event is attended by 26 students and 10 mentors from Poland, Estonia, Portugal, Bulgaria, and Greece. During the event students apply an integrated method of design thinking and problem solving for addressing sustainability challenges, such as sustainble energy, tourism, buildings, production and consumption, and more. DT4S project multiplier event 5/5/2022

A mutliplier event for project DT4S took place on May 5, 2022. It was attended by 65 students and educators and took place in Volos, Greece in the events room of the Tsalapalats Complex. During the event, students had the opportunity to apply in practice design thinking for introducting solutions to sustainability challenges, and more specifically effective waste management.
