This weekend, Politehnica University of Timisoara organized the first online coordination meeting of the international project The EcoAI EduNetwork Initiative (EAIEN) – an innovative approach dedicated to education focused on artificial intelligence, sustainability and digital skills for high schools. The project, funded by Erasmus+ KA2, brings together partners from Turkey, Greece and Romania, and the meeting was coordinated by lect. Ana-Maria Dascălu and prof. dr. In this post, we highlight four misconceptions that often turn adult trainers away from computational thinking. Many people believe that you need to know how to program, that it only serves young people, that technology is always needed or that it is too difficult for certain profiles.
