The meeting summary:
P3 opened the OCM 1 and provided a brief overview of the meeting’s objectives, followed by the presentation of the agenda. The session began with P1 presenting the progress made so far on Work Package 2 (WP2), highlighting the key activities completed. Following the presentation, the group discussed the upcoming tasks within WP2, focusing particularly on how responsibilities would be assigned among the partners. A clear distribution of tasks was agreed upon to ensure timely delivery and effective collaboration. Coordination efforts were then addressed regarding the application of the Learning, Teaching, and Training Activity (LTTA). P2 and P4 will collaborate closely on this matter to ensure the successful implementation of the LTTA. Adjustments were agreed upon concerning the selection of teachers who will participate in the course, as well as the enrollment process, which will be managed by P1. It was clarified that the selected teachers are expected to complete the course by the end of August. The consortium also reached an agreement on the translation of the Teacher’s Manual into all project languages. Specific responsibilities were assigned as follows: P1 will handle the Turkish translation, P3 the Romanian version, and P5 the Greek version. All translations are to be finalized by the end of August to support the timely roll out of the materials. In addition, a brief exchange of ideas took place regarding the management and current state of the project’s social media presence. As a result, it was agreed that P4 will take charge of social media management during July and August, ensuring regular updates and engagement with the target public. P3 mentioned that a post will be made on the official page about OCM 1 to promote the activities carried out within the EAIEN project. Furthermore, the importance of ensuring visibility through all available communication channels, including social media, print media, and others was underlined. At the end of the OCM 1, the partners discussed the Second Transnational Meeting, which will take place in September in Greece. By that time, the translations in all project languages, and the implementation of the LTTA are expected to be completed. Finally, the date for the next monthly Steering Committee (SC) Meeting was scheduled for Tuesday, August 5, 2025, between 19:00 and 20:00. To conclude the meeting, P3 expressed appreciation to all participants for their active engagement and for the support extended in both organizing the session and carrying out their assigned responsibilities.

We’re moving forward with clear goals, shared tasks, and great teamwork!
