The EAIEN (EcoAI EduNetwork Initiative) Project, 2024-1-TR01-KA220-SCH-000255119, funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ KA2 program, consortium includes Anadolu Üniversitesi (Turkey), Politehnica University Timișoara (Romania), Özel Çağdaş Okulları (Turkey), Liceul Tehnologic Stefan Hell Sântana (Romania), and FutureLearning (Greece). On July 12th 2025, we held our first Online Coordination Meeting (OCM1) for the EAIEN Project! The meeting was organized by Politehnica University Timișoara. EAIEN has teamed up for a powerful collaboration to bring sustainability and AI into classrooms! As part of the EAIEN project, we partnered with the Eskişehir-based civil society organization Frigya NGO.  10 volunteer high school teachers from Frigya have joined the piloting of our online course, testing the content and sharing valuable feedback to help us improve the learning experience.  In our first meeting, teachers shared their initial impressions of the course. On the 22nd of May 2025, Future Learning held the 1st Greek National Pilot Committee (NPC) of the Computational Seniors project. The meeting took place online, as it involved people from all around Greece. The committee contains 6 people, including one pedagogic expert from the University of Thessaly in Volos, two experts from the Hellenic Open University in Patras, one expert from the University of Crete in Herakleion and two members of the Educational Authorities for the Region of Magnesia. During this session, we presented the Computational Seniors project and the initial version of our Open Educational Resources (OERs) in English and Greek to the group. We are very grateful for the time invested by our NPC members and look forward to our next meeting!
