BuildAsNature teacher training event

The Creative Technologies Learning Lab is organising a teacher training event to build awareness and develop educators’ skills in using digital learning games, specifically the BuildAsNature digital learning game, to address modern sustainability challenges through nature-based solutions. The event targets higher education instructors at the University of Thessaly from the Polytechnic and Humanities Schools. The digital learning game has been developed within the Erasmus+ Higher Education project BuildAsNature. It is implemented by the University of Thessaly (Greece), Tallinn University (Estonia), Virtual Campus (Portugal), University of Reykjavik (Iceland), and Hochfachschule Dortmund (Germany). The audience will have the opportunity to become familiar with concepts of nature-based solutions, understand the design and architecture of the digital learning game, and use the game in practice. The event will foster the integration of the BuildAsNature digital learning game into educational practices at the University of Thessaly and beyond. It will be organised in May 2026 and will be attended by 15 individuals.
