The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the University of Thessaly, and specifically the Creative Technologies Learning Lab (http://ctll.e-ce.uth.gr) research group, participates in the research project ReachOut: Empowering Teachers to Become Trauma Sensitive Schools, which develops learning activities to address trauma from natural disasters in students. The project is particularly important for the Balkan region, which often faces incidents of earthquakes, floods, droughts, and other dangerous phenomena. The actions are aimed at primary and secondary education teachers, providing educational resources that can be applied in learning contexts in social sciences, arts, music, sports, sciences and languages. As part of the research project, THMY participated in a consortium meeting in Alexandria, Romania, on September 25, 2025. Today, P4 presented one of our key project results – the Teacher’s Handbook . Many teachers from Liceul Tehnologic „Ștefan Hell” Sântana and beyond joined the event, making it a wonderful step in spreading our project outcomes!  Very soon, the Handbook will also be published on our website in 4 languages (EN, TR, RO, GR).
